GreenFlip respects intellectual property rights. Our image sources and takedown process.
Image sources
- Supplier-provided — images supplied by listed suppliers under a display license for the purpose of sourcing promotion.
- Fair-trade / craft-council media kits — promotional media from Traidcraft, Fair Trade Federation, UNESCO, and similar.
- Creative Commons / Wikimedia — for cultural/origin storytelling, attributed per the CC license.
- AI-generated placeholders — used temporarily where no supplier image is yet available, replaced with licensed imagery during supplier onboarding.
We do not scrape Google Images, Pinterest, or stock photo sites.
Attribution
Each image carries an entry in our image-attributions.json registry documenting source, license, credit, and rights contact.
Takedown process
Email dmca@greenflip.in with:
- Your name and contact
- The image URL or page URL
- Proof of ownership or authorized-agent status
- The specific image(s) to remove
We acknowledge within 72 hours and resolve within 7 business days. Removed images are replaced with a branded placeholder. We comply with DMCA (US/CA/AU), EU Directive 2000/31/EC (UK/EU), IT Rules 2021 (India), and other applicable jurisdictions.
