Preferred certifications

- BSCI / SEDEX — social compliance audits
- ISO 9001 — quality management
- Geographical Indication (GI) tags — cultural provenance (e.g. Pashmina, Dhokra, Talavera)
- FSC — for wood / rattan / bamboo
- UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage — for craft traditions (e.g. Indonesian batik)
Provenance documentation
Each supplier profile documents the artisan cluster / city / region they source from. We surface this in our schema.org Place JSON-LD so buyers and AI agents can verify cultural authenticity.
What you can do
When you submit an RFQ, specify "fair-trade preferred" — we'll prioritize fair-trade-certified suppliers in the match. For museum/gallery buyers, we can also provide cultural documentation and storytelling assets.
