The agreement governing your use of GreenFlip.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and GreenFlip Eco Solutions Private Limited (CIN U93000DL2009PTC197209), the company that operates GreenFlip ("GreenFlip", "we", "us"). By accessing https://www.greenflip.in, submitting an RFQ, or listing a business, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. The service

GreenFlip is a curated directory and lead-routing service that connects bulk buyers with handicraft suppliers across multiple origins and crafts. We do not sell products. We are not a party to, and take no responsibility for, any transaction, contract, payment, shipment, or dispute between a buyer and a supplier.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract to use the site. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your contact details current.

3. RFQ routing

When you submit an RFQ, we route your inquiry to up to five suppliers we consider a reasonable match. We do not guarantee a response, price, quality, availability, or that any supplier is suitable for your needs. You must independently verify suppliers, samples, certifications, pricing, compliance, and export/import requirements before transacting.

4. Supplier listings & verification tiers

Supplier profiles are shown with a verification status. "Verified" and "Sourced" listings reference a real business and public domain surfaced through research; "Indicative" listings are AI-compiled to illustrate a craft cluster and are not verified vendors — their contact details are withheld until verification. A verification status is a research signal, not a warranty. Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings and certifications. We may edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion.

The GreenFlip name, site design, curation, and original content are owned by GreenFlip Eco Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as permitted by law. By submitting a listing or content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and promote it in connection with the service.

7. Images & third-party content

Imagery is used under supplier display license, fair-trade media kits, or Creative Commons / public-domain licenses, with attribution recorded in our image registry. To report a concern, see DMCA / takedown. Third-party links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for external sites.

8. Disclaimers

The site and all listings are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenFlip Eco Solutions Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from dealings between buyers and suppliers, loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreenFlip Eco Solutions Private Limited and its officers, directors, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the site, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
